Dragon bell
Name : - Laran's Helmet bell. Origin: - Cyprus. Acquired: - Gift from Dr. Popovici Florin. Laran was the etruscan god of war. In art, he was portrayed as a naked young man with a helmet and a spear. Laran's consort was Turan - The goddess of love. Etruscan civilization is the modern English name given to the culture and way of life of a people of ancient Italy and Corsica whom the ancient Romans called Etrusci or Tusci. Period: 1200 BC to 550 BC
Etruscan Helmet bell		It's very old and got a little time-worn. Cast: Samhan/Proto–Three Kingdoms Period ("Iron Age") 100 BCE to 300 CE But it shows you an antique beautiful history. It sims dull, because of the crack as you can see on the picture. Height : About 13.7cm Width : About 6.2cm Jin state was an early Iron Age state which occupied some portion of the southern Korean peninsula during the 3rd and 2nd centuries BCE, bordering the Korean kingdom Gojoseon to the north. Its capital was somewhere south of the Han River. It preceded the Samhan confederacies, each of which claimed to be successors of the Jin state.
JIN bell		My bronze bell with clapper was cast arround the end of first millenium A.D. Local humidity created a nice patina. The Khmer Empire, officially the Angkor Empire was the predecessor state to modern Cambodia ("Kampuchea" or "Srok Khmer" to the Khmer people), a Hindu-Buddhist empire in Southeast Asia. The history of Angkor as the central area of settlement of the historical kingdom of Kambujadesa is also the history of the Khmer kingdom from the 9th to the 13th centuries.

The Eerly Bronze Age (EBA) in the Levant corresponds in Egypt to the late Predynastic and Early Dynastic periods (EBI-II) and the Old Kingdom, extending across Dynasties 3-6 (EBIII). Levantine area bell		A small bronze bell cast 2.000 years ago in Levant area (maybe Syria), with an unique shape. diameter: 16 and 8 mm The Levant describes, traditionally, the Eastern Mediterranean at large, but can be used as a geographical term that denotes a large area in Western Asia formed by the lands bordering the eastern shores of the Mediterranean, roughly bounded on the north by the Taurus Mountains, on the south by the Arabian Desert, and on the west by the Mediterranean Sea, while on the east it extends towards the Zagros Mountains. The Levant includes modern Lebanon, Syria, Jordan, Israel and the Palestinian territories, similar to the historic area called Syria or Greater Syria. Occasionally Cyprus, Sinai and Iraq are included. The UCL Institute of Archeology describes the Levant as the "crossroads of western Asia, the eastern Mediterranean and northeast Africa". The term Levant was originally applied to the "Mediterranean lands east of Italy", from the Middle French word levant meaning "the Orient". Historically, the "trade on the Levant" between Western Europe and the Ottoman Empire was of great economic importance. An imprecise term, Levant refers to an area of cultural habitation rather than to a specific geographic region, and its meaning shifts according to historical and cultural reference and preference.
